## Reach more customers by accepting cash payments

More than 50% of South Africans prefer to make payments in cash. With Stitch Cash, customers can make a secure cash deposit at their nearest ATM or bank branch, using a unique reference code.

Their payment is automatically attributed to their digital account. Stitch Cash is perfect for wallet deposits, e-commerce purchases, debt or insurance payments and more.

### Avoid the hassle of vouchers and gift cards

Allow customers to pay the way they want, just by depositing cash at the nearest ATM or teller. No need for vouchers or cards as intermediaries.

### Reduce admin burden

Receive confirmation as soon as payments are settled, and allocate them to the customer’s account based on a unique reference. Avoid chargebacks and reversals.

### Enable digital refunds

Customers must authorise payment with their mobile number. Where refunds are required, you can send them programmatically to a bank account once the customer confirms account details, to close the payments loop.

## How it works

Secure cash payments, allocated to digital accounts

1. Customers can pay using cash by visiting the nearest ATM or bank branch and entering their unique reference.
2. Select cash at checkout
3. Choose the bank of the ATM or branch to be used for payment
4. Follow the instructions, enter the correct unique reference and pay the exact amount
5. Payment is allocated automatically
